Stone Creek Subdivision
A new gated community in northern Davidson County, which offers twenty homesites. This subdivision has homesites from acre to over four acres in size. All homesites are deed restricted to a minimum of 2800 square feet for a single story or 3200 square feet for a two story. Exteriors must be 90% brick or stone and all brick must be oversized. There are currently no subdivisions in northern Davidson County which offers a secured gated entrance. Lots begin in the mid 80's.
